    Description

    After the devastating attacks of 9/11, the terrorist haven in Afghanistan became the primary focus of the US military response. The mission was expanded in 2003 to toppling Saddam's regime in Iraq and precluding the use of WMDs by terrorists. US Marines in the Global War on Terror were issued the Full Spectrum Battle Equipment (FSBE), which included a specially designed individual first aid kit. This USMC Marine US GWOT IRAQ AFGHANISTAN FSBE COYOTE BROWN IFAK FIRST AID KIT POUCH is in excellent condition, with a small spot of dark soiling at the middle left front, some light dark soiling around the bottom, and with some light scattered age wear evident (ALL pictured). Otherwise, the pouch is in excellent shape, with absolutely no rips, holes, tears, or other damage to the crisp "coyote" brown 100% nylon construction. Most interestingly, it boasts a fully functional black plastic buckle closure front flap, sports fully intact attachment straps with darkened brass "glove" snaps at back, and is dated 2007 on the original nomenclature tag at the reverse.
