There are loads of uses for this bag.  I use one as an additional IFAK. The pictures showing my configuration of the bag is just one of the options.  2 SOF-T TQs are able to fit in the front pocket and the main pocket can fit all your standard IFAK items (H&H, chest seal, QuikClot etc).
