Using MOLLE Straps these pouches can be attached to any Vest, Bag, or Pack with MOLLE webbing.  Can even be affixed items without PALS or MOLLE webbing by utilizing MOLLE to ALICE clip Adapters, which we sell in our eBay store separately.
