Payment
I only accept payments through PayPal. Payment is expected within 4 days of auction end date unless otherwise arranged (i.e. planning to combine shipping). Non-payment or late payments will result in negative feedback for the bidder / buyer.
Shipping
The item will be shipped within three business days after receipt of payment. I DO ship to APO’s. International bidders, contact me before you bid. I ship to most places overseas, but NOT communist countries or know/suspected enemies of the United States. ALL US shipping will get DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (so both you and I know where your item is during the delivery process). International bidders are responsible for their customs fees/duties/taxes. It is up to you to know your countries fees on US shipping.  Buyer assumes all responsibilities if package is lost in transit.
Indemnification

I do my best to inspect and note any deficiencies in the listing description. I do not consider misfitted clothing/equipment as a criteria for return. PLEASE ask questions BEFORE you bid or buy. I will be glad to take additional measurements/photos of my items and get back with you....  If listing is a single listed item and the buyer does not ask for more pictures or ask any questions and receives the item it is no longer the seller’s responsibility.
