You are looking at a beautiful satin silver version American Flyer Silver Rocket AA set from 1954-55. This is the GREEN stripe satin silver loco featuring a deep dark green accent on the locos.  This was catalogued as 4745.
There is not a diesel air chime pictured here, but if you need one, let me know, and I will include one for you.
THE ROCKET 474 PA POWERED UNIT
C7. The PA is the powered unit. Satin silver version (versus the chromed version). It has been recently serviced. We tested it and it ran smoothly. E-unit cycles. The green area of the roof over the cab has been repainted to match. It is an excellent paint job.  Good printing. The decals are all nice, and the sides are nice--this is rare with this unit. Check out the nose decal. There is a little bit of dirt on the nosetop--will leave up to you as to whether it is visible enough to clean.
